Hi @Mohinder Singh That's an odd issue, for Roundcube to be working but Squrrelmail and Horde at the same URL not to be. If you access via the IP over 2096 does the issue persist? https://:2096
The issue may be a symptom of the issue discussed in the following by CloudFlare:

yes.... everything is working fine. cpanel too. cpanel is working fine... 2083 fine, 2096 fine with roundcube. I am getting 404 error by apache. Request is being transferred to apache's port 443 and causing 404 error while using squirrel mail or horde. It is fine with ip as well.

Hi @Mohinder Singh Since it is working via IP without issues I do believe the issue is the case in point referenced in the article by CloudFlare. This is an issue with the implementation of CloudFlare they're suggestion to resolve this is as follows: [QUOTE] Resolution: The solution is to access the cPanel server on a URL that doesn't proxy through Cloudflare. Please use cPanel's proxy subdomain URL
