mod_Mono Easyapache 4?

Hi, I understand you remove the mod_mono on easyapache 4, but what will be the best way to install the last version from mono-project.com, I don't want to install the mod and easyapache "uninstall" it on the next update.

  I'm fine with that, because it was my initial question, what is the best way for be sure EA will not "remove" my httpd.conf?
