How to add another field on List Accounts?

How do I add another Custom field to this line of fields? It will just be text. Like a notes field. Basically I want to add a field that says "Type" it will have the option of either "Website" or "Website & Domain" I want to see at a glance if I am hosting the Website or the Website and Domain 53027
