Transfer tool directadmin issue

Hello we need transfer some site from directadmin to cpanel. we use transfer tool and we selected directadmin and ssh connected. but list account not loaded and we see 0 account selected. on transfer tool i see this massages : Source: "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx" version "1.53.0" " on Service Configurations (transfer tool page ) i see : The source server is using directadmin. Service Configuration transfer is only available when the source server is using cPanel & WHM. but account can be seleted is 0, we have + 500 user on directadmin. There are 0 records. 0 accounts selected. we need only how to can change problem log : directadmin said : ask for any possible log files where the error cold be recorded. please help me and another customer for fix it.
