Website compromised issue

Hi Guys, First time posting so apologies in advanced if this is not the right place. I'm a total rookie at this and have no clue of what i'm doing, little back story I had my site built by a local web developer who for some reason won't answer my calls/emails.Everything for site is paid for so not sure why he won't answer my calls/emails. Anyways, Back to the issue, my restaurant website called - Removed - is showing up as hacked when looking through google and also it says to contact administrator who won't answer my calls :( I do have login to Cpanel but have no clue where to look for this hacked stuff. Any help would be appreciated thanks again guys. - Removed -
