Accessing webmail login redirects mailing list?

I have an odd issue that just popped up. I Have 1 user (reported so far) that when trying to login to webmail after logging in they are redirected to the cpanel mailing list section (cpanel -> mailing lists). I even am able to replicate this as well. The same happens when trying to click the "Access Webmail" link under cpanel -> email accounts. The user also cannot connect via a mail client either. Oddly, the rest of the email accounts under this account are fine and are able to login. I see nothing in the cpanel error_log for this. Running cloudlinux 6.10 and WHM [v72.0.7 and this just started happening today (7/5/18)
