Preloader for all websites?

Hello, i've recently seen a hosting provider who by default have a preloader which loads for everysite hosted with it. I was just wondering if this was possible with a plugin or something similar. I'm running CloudLinux.

  Hi, What exactly you mean with preloader. do you mean the default layout of the site when you create a new website? If yes, then you can do so, but you can use static pages only for this. Plugins are usually for CMS websites where it loads its content in the database also and it is not possible to preload this for every new website, as database creation on it may he difficult.

  Hello, If there's a plugin available it would be here cPanel App Catalog :: Third-Party Applications for cPanel & WHM though I am not sure I understand what you mean specifically by preloader, more detail would be helpful. Thanks!
