Hi @cyrusvc Does your web hosting provider have ping/ICMP disabled? Since you don't have root access you'll need to address this with them as you won't be able to modify this without their assistance. Thanks!

Hi @cPanelLauren, Thank you so much for your help this will help us to resolve our problem. Currently I am opening a ticket now for them to take a look on our server. Hopefully they can help us with our issue today. As of the moment we can't use our Apple Mail and Thunderbird to check on our emails. We are using webmail to access our emails.

Hi @cyrusvc Are you saying you're unable to access Apple Mail and Thunderbird because the server doesn't respond to ping? I don't think that would be the case, it sounds like there may be more to the issue than just that but none the less the IP routing and issues with the IP address in this instance are best addressed with them. Please let us know if there is anything we can give advice on once you hear back from your provider. Thanks!

Hi, I would suggest you to check your WHM server IP Email Blacklist Check - See if your server is blacklisted whether your IP has been blacklisted by Spam monitoring systems. If yes! Check with your hosting provider to take the actions against spamming on the server. Regards,
