Support Ticket Login Issue

I'm having trouble with our hostname SSL not renewing and need to submit a support ticket but can't. My ticket password doesn't work. I try a reset and no reset comes through to the two different support accounts we have. One is a cpanel hosted email the other is not. Creating a new account works, but when I login it won't let me accept the support terms and conditions. The same in Firefox and Chrome. Is there an issue with cPanel support at the moment?
