Apache root AllowOverride for home

Hi, I just want to have "AllowOverride" enabled only for server "homes" [not for /] would you please let me know how the best way to do that,: Options None AllowOverride None AllowOverride All Options -MultiViews -Indexes +FollowSymLinks +IncludesNoExec +Includes
