You might do better to ask about this software over on webhostingtalk forums. :)

well, seeing that all of my servers have cPanel installed on them... and how this is the first place that I usually check when I'm trying to research an issue/bug/fix, it only made sense to me to post here. I'm not sure how much extra time that you have on your hands, but I don't have enough time to hop onto a new forum for every niche item that comes to my interest. again, my apologies, but i didn't see any harm in trying to help out the community... who, at times, have come to my help when in time of need.

Thanks for the note @rotame ! I was actually talking about - Removed - above. Apparently, cPanel isn't cool with us talking about third party monitoring tools, when it sounds as if we're promoting them. IMO, one of the areas that the cPanel interface could really use some help in is troubleshooting and debugging. With so many possible setup sceneries, it's difficult finding a needle in the haystack. It'd be SO NICE if there was just a simple interface that listed off all of the system ERROR messages. Not every issue is something that needs a support ticket... and not every submitted support ticket is something that cPanel support is going to help you resolve.

Hi @splaquet, I encourage you to submit a feature request if you'd like to see this type of functionality offered in the UI:
