Moving Website Transfer SSL?

I use GoDaddy SSL for my site - Removed - and I will be moving my website entirely to hostgator. But I am not sure about SSL transfer. Will I have to transfer my SSL too? Or will I have to buy anther certificate from hostgator? I also heard that cPanel also offer free SSL facility like Let's Encrypt. Any suggestion will be helpful. Thanks.
