    Hello @upsforum, Can you provide more information about how the backup destination is configured? For instance, did you choose the "Additional Local Directory" option? Is the new partition mounted as a network-attached storage location? Thank you.

    in "Default Backup Directory" I use a directory located in /extrapart (this is additional partition), in this partition I configured some accounts with "Rearrange an Account". I use AmazonS3 for remote backup

    I added additional partition on my vps, the problem is that remote backup tool don't transport backup files of the accounts located in extra partition

    Hello, The backup logs are located in the following directory: /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup/ The transporter log is located at: /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup_transporter.log Can you review these log files and let us know of any specific error messages you see related to the failure to move these backups to the remote Amazon S3 destination? Thank you.
