cPanel Users & Sub Users Questions

Can someone please explain the difference between the main cPanel user and sub accounts, please? I can"t find definitive information like; Can sub users access cPanel or can only the master account? Can sub users reach files outside of their web disk/FTP home? Any help would be appreciated!

  The docs should be of some use to you: User Manager - Version 74 Documentation - cPanel Documentation - Only the main cPanel user can access cPanel itself. - No. If I was to suggest anything here, it would be for you to create an user account for yourself, first, and test things out. :) HTH!
