Cannot load emails using Horde

Hi there! Need help on how to resolve concern on why emails not loading on Horde. Thanks.

  Hi there! We have reported and done that on a previous IP address and webhost confirmed that it was not blocked. That is why we were looking for other alternatives. This problem only started this morning, July 18, 2018. Thanks.

  You are not blocked, that's correct. We know this as you can access the URL for Webmail as shown in your screenshot. The issue is not that you're blocked, the issue is cannot write to a directory that makes Webmail work. Only your WebHost can solve that for you.
