Email Account - Usage / Quota / %

Hi, When accessing cPanel and listing the email accounts, a value is shown in the "Usage / Quota /%" column, (example: 43/500 MB) 53401 but if you click to sort by Usage, another is shown (example: 521/500 MB) 53405 How are these values calculated? Why does this occur? It does not happen with all accounts. Thanks

  Hi, Do you have files in trash ? You need to check from the backend what the mail folder size is for this particular email account and then investigate further. # cd /home//mail/emailuser # du -sch * # ls -lah # du -sch (hidden files prefixed with "." initially)

  Hello @Luana Premoli, Can you try regenerating the email disk space usage using the command below? /scripts/generate_maildirsize username --confirm
  Replace "username" with the username of the cPanel account you notice this issue on. Thank you.
