Could not download backup file; security policy on the remote server forbids it.

Hello. I am trying to transfer accounts between VPS servers with Cpanel The error log is this: Trying to fetch cpmove file via cPanel API! Fetching current backups from remote server " 1 backup found. " done. Starting the backup " Done " done. Checking remote server for backups " 2 backups found. The remote server is creating the backup file "backup-7.19.2018_16-17-13_papastavroushops.tar.gz". The backup file, backup-7.19.2018_16-17-13_papastavroushops.tar.gz, is still being generated on the remote server "173.249.30.153". "15" Downloading "backup-7.19.2018_16-17-13_papastavroushops.tar.gz" " Could not download backup file; security policy on the remote server forbids it. Failed to fetch cpmove file via cPanel API. Failed: Error while executing "/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/getremotecpmove". The "/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/getremotecpmove" command (process 15711) reported error number 1 when it ended.:

    Hi @Costas Lazarou The key part of the error is the following: Missing DEFMOD Config Line in /etc/wwwacct.conf
    The line should read as follows: # grep DEFMOD /etc/wwwacct.conf DEFMOD paper_lantern
    Can you please add it to /etc/wwwacct.conf as shown and let me know if you continue to have issues? Thanks!
