Can no longer send/receive emails after updating nameservers to Cloudflare

    Have you also moved the email services/mailboxes or the intention is for that to remain on the old host's server? If the client is using domain.tld as server name in Outlook instead of something like mail.domain.tld or pop.domain.tld and smtp.domain.tld, they will need to correct that now if website and email are on 2 different servers now.
