Email Storage Duplicated

dear all i have a problem with one of my email's account . see the total mailbox disk usage is twice the disk usage ,i try to delete the forwarding rule to his personal email ,no hope. and try to delete his email account at his mobile device ,still the same , the problem is i had a low storage left in my server and the duplicated about 13 GB.   issue is Similer Dear all i confirm that issue is the same . but still didn't know how to process the commands . best regards Samer saad

  Hello @samersaad, What output do you see when running the command below for the affected email address? doveadm mailbox list -u user@domain.tld
