Add-on domain Wordpress install

Personally I would just advise accessing it via the addon domain directly, and not by the addon domain's sub-folder of the primary domain. Beyond that - you aren't going to wipe your main site by installing WordPress in an addon unless you do something really silly. If you're worried... cPanel -> Backups -> Generate and download a full cPanel Backup.

Hi @Ross Chandler I just wanted to second the suggestions by @MikeDVB - this is exactly what I would have suggested as well. I also wanted to suggest using the WordPress manager to install you can find this from cPanel>>Software>>Wordpress Manager -> Install. This may make things a bit easier to manage in the future as well. Thanks!
