Hostname/IP doesn't match certificate's altnames

This is the error: { Error: connection encountered an error (Hostname/IP doesn't match certificate's altnames: "Host: mail.xxx.al. is not in the cert's altnames: DNS:s1.yyyy.al, DNS:www.s1.yyyy.al")
what can i do to solve this issue. this error ocurs into platform, into smartphone, mobile, outlook, wemail the email sed and receive ok emails.

    Hello @Nikolin, Can you verify if a signed SSL certificate is installed for the "xxx.al" domain? If so, was it issued through AutoSSL? Also, what are you using for the mail server settings in the email client? Thank you.

Is that the output for the primary domain name, or for the "mail" subdomain that you're using as the mail server name in your email client?     it is the output from : mail.xxx.al. for the moment a can not open and support ticket. Thank you Michael for your support. Best regards Nikolin H.

    Hello @Nikolin, We'll need to access the affected server via a support ticket in order to take a closer look to see why the "mail" subdomain isn't included as part of the installed SSL certificate.
