Can not connect port 9000

Hi I have 2 servers. and I am migration from the first to sencond one. server 1. EasyApache 3 v56.0 Apache 2.2, PHP 5.4 server2. EasyApache 4 v72.0.10 Apache 2.4, PHP 5.5, PHP 5.6, and PHP 7.0 Work perfect the website in server 1, but in server 2 I get connection refused in port 9000. I have CSF enable and the ports open, but does not work. Could you anyone help me please. Thanks
