Works!!! but you have another situation, the mail account does not appear in the Cpanel email list ... is it possible to change this? if I needed to make some adjustment (change password or some configuration) I could not enter these options from Cpanel

to check the operation I did a small test of sending and receiving emails and everything worked correctly .... when I tried to enter Cpanel's mail the recovered account is not listed ... how could I correct it?

Hi @wchavarriad This is most likely due to /home/$user/.cpanel/email_accounts.json not being present. If you add an unrelated email account does the list of the email accounts you moved over appear? Thanks!

Exactly what I needed, I added the username in the code and effectively added the email in the Cpanel list. Thank you very much ... now I will do the complete restoration and publish here how it works

Hi @wchavarriad I'm glad that worked for you! Thank you for letting us know.

That's a great idea and for anyone reading this later while this is completely ok to do, please keep in mind that this procedure is not something native to cPanel and our support for changes like these may be limited.
