'Track Delivery' settings don't stick

I read an old thread regarding my exact issue, but it didn't help. When I change settings for 'Track Delivery' they don't stick. I don't even have to exit from the page and reenter--if I just refresh the page the settings revert to the defaults. This file: /home/$username/.cpanel/nvdata/_frontend_paper_lantern_mail_route.html
changes as I revise the settings, when the page refreshes, and when I exit and reenter 'Track Delivery.' How can I make changes stick?

  Hello @LinuxUserSince1991, Are you referring to the options quoted below? [QUOTE]Show Successes, Show Deferred , Show Failures, Show In-Progress
  Or, are you referring to the "Table Options"? The settings you save for the quoted options are preserved but the table options are not. Also, can you verify which version of cPanel & WHM is installed on this system? Thank you.

  I can't check versions right now. I'm referring to 'Table Options' and also how many results to display per page and the maximum results/type to process. Thanks.

  Hello @LinuxUserSince1991, The functionality you are seeking is not supported at this time. I encourage you to open a feature request if you'd like to see functionality added to the product that allows one to configure the default preferences for the Track Delivery interface, or to ensure the preferences in the interface are preserved through additional sessions:
