Hello @mythosis, cPanel & WHM version 74 includes changes that improve the ability for users and administrators to configure AutoSSL notifications. Here's the relevant section from the Manage AutoSSL interface (WHM >> Home >> SSL/TLS >> Manage AutoSSL). Administrators can now configure user notifications independent of their settings in WHM, such as all events or failures only, or disable all AutoSSL notifications. For cPanel users, we updated cPanel's Manage AutoSSL interface (WHM >> Home >> SSL/TLS >> Manage AutoSSL). Notes:

Your on to it! Will this include disabling specifically the SSL expiry notices in WHM. As currently WHM doesn't have this, they can only be disabled via cPanel. If so, looking forward to this release. Thanks.

Hello @mythosis, Here's a look at the relevant section on the Options interface in WHM >> Manage AutoSSL on cPanel & WHM version 74: 53857 Thus, you could select Notify the user for AutoSSL certificate request failures only. to ensure the system only notifies the users when the certificate request fails. Thank you.

This looks great thanks. As it turns out my problem was actually something a wee bit different. We had accounts that had migrated from one cPanel server to another and the new server didn't have Let"s Encrypt" as an AutoSSL provider. Thus the new server was sending out the notices as it indeed wasn't able to renew the current certs for some accounts as only the cPanel provider was listed. Thanks for your assistance though, and I'm looking forward to these changes.

Can't wait for this. Can this be achieved in 72? I'd like *ALL* USER notification OFF and *ALL* admin notification ON. Possible? And can it be done in a way that will not break something when it updates to 74? Thank you.

Hello @vikins, The additional notification settings in WHM >> Manage AutoSSL are not planned for inclusion with version 72. However, cPanel & WHM version 74 is available in the RELEASE build tier if you'd like to upgrade your server to that version to take advantage of these new notification settings for AutoSSL. Thank you.
