Hi, Can you provide us with the DNS query for the mentioned domain? Can you check DNS for your domain in intodns or centralops to get more details on DNS your website is using?

    Hi @Angel Castro
Recently i note what the email show the subdomain.myserver.com has no A, AAAA, or MX DNS records.

Does the subdomain have DNS related records? As was mentioned before you can check them at a number of sites. You can also run a dig query from SSH like the following: dig any yourdomain.tld
    Thanks!

DNS query returned an error from the server: ServerFailure, this message show in centralops. In intoDNS, I check the domain and return:
    • Missing nameservers reported by parent -> FAIL: The following nameservers are listed at your nameservers as nameservers for your domain, but are not listed at the parent nameservers (see RFC2181 5.4.1). You need to make sure that these nameservers are working. If they are not working ok, you may have problems! ns1.example.com.mx
    • Missing nameservers reported by your nameservers -> ERROR: One or more of the nameservers listed at the parent servers are not listed as NS records at your nameservers. The problem NS records are: ns1.server.example.com.mx This is listed as an ERROR because there are some cases where nasty problems can occur (if the TTLs vary from the NS records at the root servers and the NS records point to your own domain, for example).
Also in WHM I don't have a A entry for this hostname. If I add the A entry, that will not cause problem for the server? all my domains and subdomains can working equal? The subdomain with I have problems is server.example.com.mx.

Hi @Angel Castro When you created the hostname of the server did you also create an A record for it? To ensure that this was done please go to WHM>>DNS Functions>>Add an A Entry for your Hostname. Create the record and allow for some time for propagation, then go to whatsmydns.net and check to ensure it's beginning to resolve. Thank you,

Hello @Angel Castro You should not experience any issues with your other domains by adding an A record for the hostname

Thanks for your feedback but still the problem persist, in the page whatsmydns.net I check the url server.DOMAINREMOVED.com.mx and all response are wrong, In another page mxtoolbox.com, the error I have is with the host example.com.mx is Primary Name Server Not Listed At Parent. I don't know what is the solution for this problem, the domain can't be find.

Hello @Angel Castro It looks like you've got an issue with the nameservers on the domain. You've got ns1.example.com.mx and ns2.example.com.mx but for some reason, you've also got ns1.server.example.com.mx assigned to the domain which is what's causing the problem. You'll need to examine the DNS records further to resolve this. Thanks!
