404 Not found
Trying to create my website but i keep receiving this error
404 Not Found
/support was not found on this server.

Hello John, I would recommend reaching out to your hosting provider to review your website files and make sure the account is setup to function correctly. Its nearly impossible to know exactly what the issue may be without being able to see the files that should be displaying. 0 -
If you are getting 404 not found in browser, make sure that you are creating/deploying website under correct document root. Next if you are creating it in php/pearl/python/java, are these supported by the provider? 0 -
Hi @John11887 it sounds like you're not creating the domain in the correct document root - does /support exist in or under /home/$youruser/ ? The apache error logs you provided don't show anything related to the error you're noting, does the domain indeed resolve to the host where you're making the changes? 0
