Hi @Camilo Fonseca When you say you have "configured the dns of my vps correctly", have you added SPF and DMARC records for the sending domain into DNS?

Please use the "Upload a File" button to attach an image to your post. Also, hide any real domain names or IP addresses in the images you attach. Thanks!

@Camilo Fonseca Here's an example of what entries might look like. Don't forget to add the dot after the domain name in the left hand field. You'd need to set up a forwarder or email account for receipt of any DMARC reports which are highly useful for checking any problems. Once it's all working you can replace the ~all for -all. There's documentation on SPF available at: Authentication - Version 68 Documentation - cPanel Documentation

Apologies, the entire text part for the DMARC should read: v=DMARC1\;p=reject\;sp=reject\;adkim=r\;aspf=r\;rua=mailto:xxx\@domain.com\;ruf=mailto:xxx\@domain.com\;rf=afrf\;pct=100\;fo=1\;ri=3600

@Camilo Fonseca Have you checked to see if your sending domain is on a blacklist, you could try checking MX Toolbox, there are a variety of freely available tools which may help you diagnose your delivery issues. Email Blacklist Check - See if your server is blacklisted
