Rebranding System Emails

Greetings, We are moving towards sending out email notifications directly to our clients from our WMM/cPanel instance. These system emails are rather bland though and include a lot on information that is unnessecary to a general account holder. Is there any place where these email templates can be updated and tweaked, to add / remove information and be restyled?
