Out of disk space

The filesystem mounted at / on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.
Hi, I have this error, I understand that it is due to lack of space but I can access cpanel files management to free up space, I'm doing a copy by filezilla (html_public) which is the only part I have access to, it is possible to release from WHM or another place . Thank you

Hello @Alvaromartinez The easiest way to resolve these issues is to do so through SSH. FTP will not allow you access to / in order to remove data. If you're unsure how to accomplish this you may want to contact your provider for further assistance. Thanks! 0 -
How can I connect by ssh from whm? I do not have access to cpanel. my provider does not support Thank 0 -
It does not work either, the page is blank in> Open WHM in your Cloud and navigate to Account Features> Modify an account. Thank 0 -
