How enable mbstring?

HI! I need to have the module mbstring on my server. I have in cpanel the configuration as show in the image 53961 and in the console I write php -m and don't return me the mbstring. 53965 I hope anyone can help me. Thanks in advance.

  EA4> customize> php extentions> php-mbstring or yum install ea-phpXX-php-mbstring changing the XX out for the version of php you want to install

  Along with the suggestions provided the mbstring extension can be installed through EasyApache by customizing the current profile: 53989 Then go to review and click provision provision

  Your service provider can do it from WHM > Easyapache 4
