the official support does not end Dec til 2018 Note we have some clients using EA3 still and it updates without issue make sure to use the force option as date update blockers are on as ver 74 just recently came out

this is what EA3 says in WHM We will deprecate EasyApache 3 on December 31, 2018. After that date we will no longer update EasyApache 3. In cPanel & WHM version 78, we will remove support for EasyApache

when i click on update now the update start and it says your system is updated successfully, but when i logout and login again it still on same version 70.0.54. I also tried 72 version but no success, i am not sure whats going on anybody knows?

Hi @Raj Janorkar Can you tell me if you have anything that indicates an error during the update in the cPanel error logs or the cPanel update logs? The locations of the log files will be as following: /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log
    /var/cpanel/updatelogs/update.xxxx.log
i am using easyapache3 is that the blocker?

That shouldn't be a blocker, no. As indicated by @dalem we will continue to support EA3 until December of this year

Hi @dalem & cPanelLauren It does not give any error, it just says update completed successfully. when i try to update 72.0.10 thats also not happening it looks like i stuck on 70.0.54 release.

run /scripts/upcp --force from the cli and watch the logs or you can view the last update log it should tell you what it did or did not do
