Access key found but it looks like logins not working
Hello,
I have a VPS with GoDaddy and one of my client pinged me with a error while trying to add a add-on domain - the access key found but it looks like logins not working, please regenerate it in whm.
Anyone has an idea on how to resolve this? Tried with different domain names still getting a same error and unable to add a domain.
Regards
Sanjay Narayan

Hi @Sanjay Narayan Are you running nginx? This looks to be related to the 3rd party webserver nginx indicating that the nginxadmin doesn't a valid access key. Thanks! 0 -
Hello @cPanelLauren Indeed I had setup a nginx as a ssl termination proxy to serve ssl pages via varnish but uninstalled it now and hope the issue is resolved now. Regards Sanjay Narayan 0 -
Hi @Sanjay Narayan I'd wager that was the issue, please let us know if it occurs again though. Thanks! 0 -
Hello cPanelLauren Sure. I will revert if I come across the same issue again. Regards Sanjay Narayan 0 -
Hi @Sanjay Narayan Sounds good! Thanks! 0 -
Hello @cPanelLauren , I have the same problem when trying to add addon domain. But the domain addon domain is successfully created actually. And yes, I have nginx. any advice? thank you 0 -
Hi @Takito This is an issue with Nginx disabling it may allow you to create the addon without the error but ultimately it's related to some changes to remote access hashes that were made. You might find some further help here: nginxcp.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=1678 cpanel RELEASE 66.0.18 It no longer supports Remote Access Key Thanks! 0 -
Thank you @cPanelLauren That method doesn't help, I still see the message :( Haven't found a solution yet :/ 0 -
The only real suggestion I can give you is to remove the installation of nginx and revert back to apache. Otherwise you'll need to contact the plugin creator for further assistance. Thanks! 0 -
Hi @Takito, I completely uninstalled Ngnix and I don't get this issue. As @cPanelLauren mentioned you need to get in touch with plugin creator if you want a workaround this. And secondly I started getting other memory related issues when I was running both Apache and Ngnix since it puts twice as load on the system by running both Apache and Ngnix 0
