Hi @Bert de Jong I removed the actual domain names but both certificates were rejected (looking internally). Comodo noted the following: [QUOTE]Or get back to us with correct Comodo Order number if any which is in awaiting validation
The order item IDs for these should be listed in WHM>>SSL/TLS>>Manage AutoSSL -> Pending Queue let me know if you don't see them there and I can get them for you. I would advise responding to them and provide them the 2 separate order item ID's for the 2 sites both of which had their certificate requests rejected and you'd like to know why this occurred as they are able to provide specific reasons as to why certificate requests were rejected.

Hi Lauren, thanks for your reply. I did provide Comodo's support with the "Order Item ID" numbers as listed on the "Pending Queue" tab of the "Manage AutoSSL" section, but they write back: [quote]Provided order numbers #460312229, #459702993 are not COMODO Order numbers, Please contact the Reseller through whom you bought these SSL Certificates and get back to us with Correct Comodo Order numbers so that we can assist you further.
I'm guessing you (cPanel, Inc.?) may have these other numbers, related/linked to these "Order Item ID" numbers, that Comodo's support is looking for?

In case someone found this thread after searching for "The certificate is not available." Make sure to check the domain with (replace domain.com): transparencyreport.google.com/safe-browsing/search?url=example.com The website may be "unsafe" according to Google, which could cause Comodo not to renew/provide a certificate. [Edit:] And to check why Google thinks the website is unsafe, visit google.com/webmasters then select the property and pick "Security Issues". Etc.

Hi @Bert de Jong I'm glad to hear that you were able to get to the bottom of the issue. Once that is handled through Google's Safe Browsing you should be able to get the certificates issued without an issue. Thanks!
