    Hi @cPanelLauren , I'm creating the account using WHM directly. The server which I'am creating the account is not integrated to the WHMCS that we are using. Thanks!

    Hi @blackwidow02 That's not the issue then, I wanted to see if it was potentially stale but the process looks pretty new. Can you please open a ticket using the link in my signature? The unfortunate part is that this specific issue can happen for a number of reasons, none of which are easy to point out without access. Once open please reply with the Ticket ID here so that we can update this thread with the resolution once the ticket is resolved. Thanks!
