SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO

Hi guys, I'm having some issues with the smtp. I am currently using the cpanel version 74.0.4. I'm developing an email system, and some of the emails that I send get back with an 550 error with the message: DHCP-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384: 256 CV = no: SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO: : 550 No RDNS entry for MYIP I already try to create a rdns but it does not take effect.

  Hello @Gabriel Rodrigues, The ability to configure a RDNS record is not typically delegated to the individual server. Have you contacted your data center or hosting provider to have them setup the RDNS record for you? Thank you.

  Hey @cPanelMichael, how are u doing? I have access to the main server, i don't remember to block the creation of rdns... The cpanel machine its a virtualization created by virtualizor.

  Hello @Gabriel Rodrigues, RDNS records are generally controlled by the company that owns or operates the network your server is on. For instance, the data center or ISP that issues the IP address to your servers is the company that will need to setup the RDNS record. Thank you.
