I can't access with domain just with IP to WHM

Hi! Few weeks ago I tried to resolve but I can't do it, previously I access with server.mydomain.com.mx:2087 to WHM but now I do with the IP:2087, I don't know what to do. I hope somebody can help me to resolve this issue. It's the same with the port 2083. Thanks in advance.

  Hello @Angel Castro Can you confirm that the hostname resolves to an IP address? You can confirm this by running something like: dig a host.name.com.mx
  Or have you recently implemented anything such as CloudFlare on the root domain of the hostname? What is the error you get when you try to access WHM/cPanel with the hostname? Thanks!

  Hello @Angel Castro This tells me that the hostname does not resolve to an A record. If DNS for the domain is hosted on your server you can add an a record by going to WHM>>DNS Functions>>Add an A entry for your Hostname If DNS for the hostname is not hosted on your server you'll need to add the A record where DNS is hosted. Thanks!

  Thanks, I had the A record in my domain but not in the subdomain.
