    Hello @satimis, Can you provide a screenshot of the specific filter rule you have enabled, or let us know the full steps you took to enable it? Also, can you verify if you have root access to the server? If not, can you confirm if you have reported this problem to your web hosting provider? Thank you.

    The contains operator is a string comparator (not a list of words) - so unless the subject or header contains ALL the content you have entered as an exact string match, the rule will fail. You would need to set up a rule that looks like: (I only included the first 3 of your words in each rule as an example, you would obviously have to make many more rules to have it work on all the words you have in your strings.)
