HI @Samet Chan Do you have any sort of captcha (or similar) installed on the signup? If I understand correctly you are receiving registrations for invalid email addresses; when the confirmation mail goes out the mail is being bounced, please correct me if I'm wrong. In most cases using something like reCAPTCHA or CAPTCHA would resolve this issue. You can find information on Google's reCAPTCHA here: reCAPTCHA 0 -

Hi @Samet Chan Ok, I think I understand now, it's that they aren't actually receiving their confirmation emails after they've already registered. That transaction you're showing though shows completed meaning Gmail accepted the message. When the recipient/remote server accepts the message we can't follow the transaction the only way to know really what's occurring here I believe would be to either review a bounce (if there is one) or reach out to Gmail. You can contact them directly here: Report a delivery problem between your domain and Gmail - Gmail Help Thanks! 0 -

Thanks, Can you tell me to know about there, 1. Affected Gmail user(s) I don't know about that. 2. Brief Summary I don't know about that. 3. Please save the full headers of the most recent affected message in a text file, and attach them. * I don't know about that. 4. For the most recent affected transaction, include your server's SMTP logs for general delivery problems and POP logs for Mail Fetcher problems. Which are right logs of cPanel email location and file? 5. List any firewalls or spam filtering devices your domain uses I don't know about that. 6. Are you able to ping any/all of the servers listed in the MX record? Please include the results of your ping tests. [QUOTE] To ping servers listed in the MX record, use the command: 'ping gsmtp185.google.com' in all platforms. (Replace 'gsmtp185.google.com' with the results from the DNS MX lookup.)
It's not working.[root@unknown ~]# ping gsmtp185.google.com ping: gsmtp185.google.com: Name or service not known0 -
1. Affected Gmail user(s) I don't know about that.
Let them know it's many? You can get this information from you exim_mainlog when users report this isn't working2. Brief Summary I don't know about that.
This is simply describing the issue that's occurring3. Please save the full headers of the most recent affected message in a text file, and attach them. * I don't know about that.
Since you're not able to get the email to gmail you wouldn't have gmail's header information so let them know that4. For the most recent affected transaction, include your server's SMTP logs for general delivery problems and POP logs for Mail Fetcher problems. Which are right logs of cPanel email location and file?
Just like you showed me:/var/log/exim_mainlog
5. List any firewalls or spam filtering devices your domain uses I don't know about that.
This is information that you should be aware of you need to include anything like CSF or SpamAssassin if they're being used as well as 3rd party services.6. Are you able to ping any/all of the servers listed in the MX record? Please include the results of your ping tests.
This is the MX record for your domain not for theirs but you can include your tests as well.0 -
