Hi @Sanjay Narayan You wouldn't see it on the first User Manager screen it's present when you add a user though. So User Manager >> Add User.

Hello @cPanelLauren I'm aware of this feature on forcing password change for the accounts from WHM. I was referring to a feature to force the password change for the email accounts from cPanel. If I reset the email password for a user in cPanel, I don't see any option to force the user to change the email password before using the mail service. Regards Sanjay Narayan

Hi @Sanjay Narayan No, there isn't from cPanel - it's available for new users and through WHM for cPanel users. There is a feature request for this for email accounts which I would assume would be present in the user manager for all account types based on the way we handle users now: Email Security Policy - Force email password changes

Hello @Sanjay Narayan While I understand the unhappiness there I can only suggest that you join the discussion on the feature request in that respect. The more activity/interest in a feature the more likely it will be implemented. Thanks!

Hi @cPanelLauren, I would love to follow the thread but it has been closed by Benny 1 year ago. Benny closed it saying "Just wanted to give you guys a quick update. It's on our backlog to take care of this, but we haven't assigned it to a version yet. As soon as we do I'll be back to let you know" Thanks for the response. Regards Sanjay Narayan
