Problems validating courses at cPanel University

Hello team cPanel I have 2 certifications in my panel in university, but in the site, in the validation option, 1 of the certificates I can validate, but the second does not. The 2 certificates are ok. Follow the codes to verify. [removed] >> OK [removed] >> Not show Can someone help me?
