    Hello @mikevipe, Can you check if there's a .htaccess file in the document root or home directory of the cPanel account associated with the domain name referenced in the error output? If so, check to make sure it's not owned by the "root" user: stat /home/username/.htaccess stat /home/username/public_html/.htaccess

    Sorry for the late reply, I did not see the email notification. There is no .htaccess and I have also tried on another account on the same server which does have an .htaccess owned by the user account.
