Have I been Blocked?
Hi,
This is the second time this happens.
I'm developing an app using cPanel API.
The problem is, after using a few functions I see I can't open my website anymore.
Cleared browser cash, used another browser, it's the same.
Using VPN to change IP solves the problem, I can open the website with no problem with VPN connected.
On other systems, people can see my website with no issues.
Submitted tickets to the hosting, they said you IP is no blocked in our system.
What would be the possible reason I'm can't see my website if no blocked?

Hi @Marani My assumption would be that you're getting blocked or that they limit the number of connections you can have. Unfortunately, without root access to the server, it'd be difficult to identify the issue in this instance. Your provider would need to look through the logs for your IP to identify what happened. @cPanelLauren Hi, After insisting that there's a problem, one of the admins confirmed that my IP was blocked! Bad hosting support, got to change. Thanks 0 -
