Migrating Accounts to New VPS Question

Hello I am on a vps and I have to deploy the trial version of cpanel and I intend to take a license within a few days, and I want to know: by migrating to another private server will I have a total preservation of my data ? and by deploying cpanel again on my new vps, will I keep my license? since the vps we are currently using is only for testing.
