Slow ssh on CentOS7

Sorry for bad English. I"m do t speak English lol I use a VPS server of Contabo with 10 CPU Core and 48 gb of RAM, besides SDD. The server connection is 1 gbps. I live in Japan and my internet, just like the 4G plan of my cell phone has great speed. Even so, when connecting to the server via SSH, the big lag between the commands is clear, and even when typing the command. Often when running scripts, these also have lag. That is common?
