Host is banned error

Hi, Our mail server gave some error to about our dealer mail server "rejected connection in "connect" ACL: Host is banned" I can't find ACL list on server to remove hostname greylist_trusted_netblocks: IP/24 # domain name trustedmailhosts:domain_name trusted_mail_users:e-mail adress trusted_mail_users:e-mail adress But still our mail server reject all mail sending from this hostname. 2018-09-05 15:34:02 H=mail.example.com.tr [IP]:51806 rejected connection in "connect" ACL: Host is banned 2018-09-05 15:34:02 SMTP connection from mail.example.com.tr [IP]:51806 closed by DROP in ACL How and where can I remove this hostname from ACL list.
