After the first reboot no access

We installed cpanel around 15 times up to now ,everything work fine untill we reboot the vps for the first time ! then we cant access ssh or through the internet,the only way to access from the hypervisor ,however,we follow all Cpanel recomindations but no luck ,any body can help please ,because we cant buy the license if its not working for us ,appreciting your help

  Hi @serverax Some further information on what occurs when you do access the server through the hypervisor would be helpful, what cPanel recommendations did you follow? Thanks!

  Hi ,I am using vSphere 6.5 I followed all cpanel documents ,however,It work for a while but today suddnly server not accepting connrcyionc again ,I contacted ovh and from their end network is fine as I can access the hypervisor from the internet but not the cpanel vps ,any advice ,I already bought 1y license I hope that I will not regret as all my work down now :(

  Hello @serverax Are you running a firewall on the server? Ultimately this sounds like something your provider needs to assist you with. If you're unable to go to your provider for support you can open a ticket with us (using the link in my signature) but if the server is unreachable we would not be able to provide support in that respect.
