Cloudlinux multi-php editor errors
hi all
i use latest version of cpanel and cloudlinux, In the last 2 days, I was seeing a problem in easy apache and error in cpanel !!
-----------------------------------------One of them
RenderFailed:file error = /var/cpanel/templates/apache2/vhost.default:not found
------------------------------------------------------------------
Attached my troublesome photos
The first area to deal with was the multi php editor
54289
And even when making a subdomain, it got into trouble
54293
And by running the yum reinstall ea-apache24 -y command, all problems were resolved!
But the next day that same problem again came and again by running the jjjjj command, all problems were resolved
That's exactly the problem every day, and every day I'm solving the problem with the same command
This problem occurs every day
Thank you for your guide
The purpose of the jjjj command is to do this
yum reinstall ea-apache24 -y command
thank you

Hi @arshaanc So the issue is every day you're having to reinstall apache? Do you receive the same errors every time? When you try and rebuild the apache configuration (when the errors are occurring) what do you see? /scripts/rebuildhttpdconf
Can you provide some detail on your system, anything 3rd party (whether or not it seems related) would be helpful. Thanks!0 -
hi thanks for your help After each run, approximately 20 to 22 hours later, the same problem occurs again and I have to execute the command again. Yes, every time i see the same thing, the problem is solved by runnig this command yum reinstall ea-apache24 -y. when rebuild apache by running command there is no any errors, compile completely and the final : Restart automatically and ... fix all problems.! this command : ----------------------------- /scripts/rebuildhttpdconf ----------------------------- Is this command for easyapache4? Does not set the configurations? Do I need to restart server after running commands? thank you 0 -
Hi @arshaanc You shouldn't need to reinstall ea-apache24 every couple of days though, so something must be changing the configuration. Is this command for easyapache4?
No the command I provided just rebuilds the configuration for ApacheDoes not set the configurations?
It doesn't actually set them just uses the most recent dataDo I need to restart server after running commands?
Yes you should restart apache after rebuilding the configuration file. Do you get an error when restarting apache?0 -

I think we need a closer look at the system. Can you please open a ticket using the link in my signature? Once open please reply with the Ticket ID here so that we can update this thread with the resolution once the ticket is resolved. Thanks! 0
