Could not load phpmyadmin

My trial version of Cpanel expired and I just paid for the licensed version. But now after the payment, I couldn't load phpmyadmin in cpanel and neither in WHM Tried executing /scripts/upcp after which the phpmyadmin could be connected for the very first time but again stops loading further. Tried clearing the cache and tweaking settings from WHM as well. Nothing works. Kindly support. Disabling of "PHP-FPM service for cPanel Daemons" did not help either. Error from error_logs: che=1536244613093497631 HTTP/1.1" 500 The cPanel Server operation timed out at cpsrvd.pl line 533.
