Configure server to send and receive emails

Hi all! I'have a Centos 7 dedicated server with WHM/cPanel v.74.0.6 and a domain name (let's say example.com) on a different registrar. Now, what i'm trying to do is to configure the server in order to also send and receive emails then forward it to a gmail account, in order to use it's web client interface. Obviously i need to configure it the right way, so that, when the mail start from my server, everything like rDNS, MX records, SPF, name of the server (example.com), and all the other stuff to avoid anti-spam protection, are setted as it should be. There is a step by step guide to do this? if not, can you give me any advice? Thank you in advance for any help PS: hope that answering this question will help someone else.
